British magazine publisher Haymarket Media Group has decided to use dsb fly for acquisition, cross-selling and churn prevention initiatives. The modules of the Subscription Solution have been integrated directly into the subscription store at www.themagazineshop.com.
Smart renewal processes lead to high conversion rates
Haymarket Consumer is optimizing its renewal process with the dsb fly HUB and Cross-sell modules. The dsb fly HUB is the "My Account" area in the e-shop. Here readers manage their subscriptions, pause, upgrade, change address , update their Bank or Credit Card details etc. Cross-sell is an AI-based recommendation engine that delivers highly personalized offers to customers based on customer behaviour.
Automated AI-based recommendations
With dsb fly, publishers can send their readers a re-acquisition email based on individual interests and user behaviour before the end of their subscription. This e-mail contains a link directly to the customer's own user account. Here, the customer can immediately renew or accept targeted cross- and up-sell offers.
dsb fly integrates acquisition, retention and churn prevention
"With dsb fly, UK publishers are able to optimize their renewal processes. Whether web or app purchases, print, digital or combination subscriptions, the Subscription Solution consolidates all purchases and pushes fully automated cross-channel, reader-specific offers," explains Alexander Münch, COO of the dsb Group.
